Leadership Formation for the Faith Community

A one-day or three-evening retreat to assist clergy, lay staff, and parish council, vestry, finance council, or other governance leaders in discerning how each in her or his own role can best contribute to  governance and ministry in the faith community.

This offering is designed to confront and work through the confusion that often develops between what work is governance for which the pastor or rector with the councils or governing boards have primary leadership responsibility and what work is ministry for which the pastor or rector and other staff have primary leadership responsibility.

Leadership Formation for Ministry Staff

Two retreat days for the entire staff, clergy and laity.  This offering is designed to assist each staff member in understanding colleagues and in being understood by them.  It can be especially helpful for ministry staffs struggling with competing priorities and communications challenges.
