About Us
Jim Alphen launched JHA Consulting in 1999, continued it with occasional engagements in addition to full-time management positions in two Catholic ministry associations, and then in 2012 made it his principal professional commitment. JHA Consulting has worked with church communities, nonprofit organizations, federal government agencies, and individual professionals.
In partnership with clients and informed by inclusive values that name and address misogyny, racism, homophobia, and other forms of privilege and oppression, JHA Consulting is committed to achieving sustainable results. The effectiveness of our work with clients comes from our dedication to five interrelated values discerned from Christian faith:
